  23. #  As Georgia's Map Co-ordinator, I try NOT to modify maps.  If I modify
  24. #  a map, that modification will probably have to be done the next time
  25. #  that you submit your map.  That is why you may receive a note back,
  26. #  requesting the change.

  28. #  The EXCEPTION to this rule is when enough sites request a change to
  29. #  a site that is no longer communicating and is adversely effecting the
  30. #  normal flow and the Sys Admin can not be reached to perform the change.
  31. #  At this time, the connected sites will be requested to change their
  32. #  costs for that site to a "WEEKLY" rating.  This should be a high enough
  33. #  cost that routing will avoid the site.  The site's map will be changed
  34. #  by the Map Co-ordinator in a similar fashion.  As soon as the Sys Admin
  35. #  is able to come back on line, he can re-submit his map.  At that time,
  36. #  requests will be sent out to change the costs back to a more reasonable
  37. #  value.
